◆Category: This product is one-component colored baking paint with high-grade resin as film material;

※Fountain pen traces can be wiped off;

※Water is the disperse medium of this product, no fire point at normal temperature, combustion and detonation is unlikely to occur;

※Fine adhesion, weatherability, protection and decoration performance;

※Volatile water is less than organic solvent, so floor space is greater than oily paint under the same thickness for construction;

※No poisonous or toxic substances produced in the course of construction and film formation, environmental friendly and according with the instruction RoHs of European Union.

IV  Construction for reference

◆Surface treatment: wipe off the impurity, for example, floating dust, rust, oil stain, etc. to keep the surface clean and dry;

◆Form of construction work: roll coating;

◆Thinner: purified water or clean tap water;

◆Dilution ratio: add water by 5%~10% of the paint weight, or adjust as the case may be;

◆Applicable viscosity: roll 60~90s (paint-4cup, 23±2°C);

◆Type of drying: baking at a constant temperature of 210±2°C for 70~90s;

◆Coating area: 1200m²~1400 m² (thickness of single layer dry film: 15μm ~20μm). The actual area is related to the specific construction thickness (dry film).

 

VII  Attentions

◆Difference in the level of processing metal substrate is referred to final effect and barrier property of the film coating;

◆Keep the product in a cool and ventilate place (0°C~45°C). The validity is 1 year. If failing to meet the time limit, the product still can be used if proved to be up to standard through inspection.
